25, 2008, in Somerville, Texas. He was born December 20, 1934, in Hope to Glen
I. and Aloise James Gilbert.
Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Janet Franse Gilbert, of Minneola; one
daughter, Kelly and husband Danny Walker, of Somerville; one son, Lance Gilbert,
of Daytona Beach, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Phoebe and husband Ronny Foster, of
Minneola; five grandchildren, Amy and husband Charles Jones, John and wife
Susan Stewart, of Somerville, Darin and Devin Robinson and Mikyla English, of
Minneola, and three great-grandchildren, Ethan Neely, Presley Jones, and Charlie
Stewart, all of Somerville, Texas.
